Hull Reviews
Gentrifying fast, the town planning which usually happens every 10 years is ahead of other nearby towns. That way they can attract the richest residents who want to sell and retire in Hull.
I've owned in Hull for 35 years. I invested early thinking people retire where they had fun. Baby boomers had a lot of fun in Hull. Great for remote workers.
Focus on smart growth so when the baby boomers die, the town isn't left with lots of multi-family houses or too much traffic.
So Hull will be an early adopter of public transportation. Will they bring the trains and ships back? Buses? It's perfect for people who don't need to leave Hull to get to work.
